Awesome fun on the first full day in NY... Well afternoon and night to be exact... I haven't seen too many early mornings :) .... Good fun to meet Hairdresser Hadiya Barbel and Photographer Keith Major.
Day 24 in New York City - The Kin
Always fun catching up with these guys... Not only good blokes but they're kicking ass and in my opinion are going to make a big impact on the music scene...
Day 25 in New York - Amazing city
You know it's funny... Sometimes the coolest stuff that's captured is the stuff you're not paying attention too... Like in this clip... I was just running the camera on Shida cause she's so funny and quirky.. Kind of like watching Meg Ryan in a film.. Shida lights everyone up with her smile and personality... So I got home and put some of the clips together and realized we nailed the adventure... I really hope you all get to experience a trip on the cable car next to the Brooklyn Bridge... One word.. Awesome... And a big thanks to Shida for not only letting me stay with her.. But for being so cool to film and hang out with :)
Day 29 in New York City - The Naked Cowboy
This guy to me is what dreams and visions are all about... No matter what they are.. Anything is possible when you set your mind to something and then work your ass off in the face of all doubts and challenges... Rock on Robert :)
Day 30 in New York City - Isaac from The Kin
Always fun being on a random adventure... Isaac wanted to do a bit of a coffee challenge around the city but as you'll see when I walked out the hotel doors that it wasn't going to happen... A fun day though :)
Day 31 in New York City - Theo Eastwind -Part 1
Always fun catching up with Theo.. His story in coming out from Austria and making a living creating music on the New York Subways is just inspiring..
His tunes are awesome so check out his Website and iTunes :)
Day 31 in New York City - Theo Eastwind - Part 2
And here's part two wrapping up the chat including a really cool snippet of his song "Rite of Passage"... The lyrics saying "And you pass on... And you pass on and you"... Perfectly suiting the people passing by to and from the subway trains... Rock on Theo.
